Cater Care is seeking a reliable Utility All-Rounder to join our Sydney team on a Fly-In, Fly-Out roster. You will split your time between housekeeping and kitchen duties, supporting day-to-day utility operations on a 14/7 cycle from Sydney.

This role offers 10-hour shifts, meals and accommodation on site, and a path to permanent full-time employment. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months’ experience in similar roles, a customer‑focused approach, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in similar role.
• Valid driver’s license (Auto or Manual).
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining, and clearing dining areas.
• Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring cleanliness of kitchen facilities, utensils, and dining spaces.
• Clean communal areas, dining facilities, and guest accommodations.
• Adhere to strict site safety guidelines and vehicle maintenance checks.

About the Role

Looking for a 14/7 roster? Cater Care is seeking a reliable Utility All-Rounder to join our team. Operating on a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) basis from Sydney, you will split your time between housekeeping and kitchen duties, supporting day-to-day utility operations.

Roster Details:

• 14 Days On, 7 Days Off rotation
• 10-hourshifts

• Setting up, maintaining, and clearing dining areas
• Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen facilities, utensils, and dining spaces
• Clean communal areas, dining facilities, and guest accommodations
