Job summary

Cater Care Group is seeking a reliable Utility All-Rounder to join our team on a Fly-In, Fly-Out basis from Sydney. You will split time between housekeeping and kitchen duties, supporting day-to-day utility operations on a 14/7 roster with 10-hour shifts.

Role involves dining area setup, dishwashing, cleaning, and adherence to site safety guidelines. On-site costs are covered with meals, accommodation and uniforms provided, plus access to corporate discounts.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in related roles.
• Commitment to friendly customer service.
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
• Driver's license (Auto or Manual).

About the Role

Looking for a 14/7 roster? Cater Care is seeking a reliable Utility All-Rounder to join our team. Operating on a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) basis from Sydney, you will split your time between housekeeping and kitchen duties, supporting day-to-day utility operations.

• 14 Days On, 7 Days Off rotation
• 10-hourshifts

What This Role Involves:

• Setting up, maintaining, and clearing dining areas
• Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen facilities, utensils, and dining spaces
• Clean communal areas, dining facilities, and guest accommodations
• Adhere to strict site safety guidelines and vehicle maintenance checks

Desired Skills and Experience
