Job summary

Diageo Australia is seeking a Utilities Engineer to oversee the safe, reliable operation of utilities and hard services at the Huntingwood site and provide technical support to the Sydney HQ. You will drive asset strategy, risk management, sustainability initiatives and capital projects with cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in utilities or industrial infra, strong knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, steam, liquid and gas systems, and experience leading contractors

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in utilities or industrial infrastructure.
Experience with refrigeration, boilers, steam, pressure equipment, and HVAC systems.
Experience managing regulatory compliance and asset risk.

Responsibilities

Own safe, reliable, compliant operation of utilities across Huntingwood site and Sydney HQ scope.
Develop and execute long-term utilities and infrastructure strategy.
Ensure regulatory and Diageo standards compliance, including hazardous areas and environmental rules.
Lead performance monitoring, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver utilities capital projects from concept to handover.
