Job summary

Diageo Australia seeks a Third-Party Operations & Bulk Store Manager to lead our external manufacturing network and the Huntingwood Liquid Bulk team. You’ll ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective products while partnering with internal teams to strengthen resilience and drive performance across the network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or similar operations.
• Proven track record leading operations with external manufacturing partners.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, manufacturing performance and end-to-end supply chain.
• Experience delivering Continuous Improvement, Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
• Experience leading complex projects, business transformation or network optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of third-party manufacturing partners across safety, quality, service, cost and sustainability.
• Lead Huntingwood Liquid Bulk team to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.
• Build partnerships with external manufacturers and internal stakeholders to align capacity and service needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving.
• Lead strategic projects including product transfers, network optimisation and capacity improvements.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans for business continuity.
• Champion a culture of accountability and data-driven decisions.
