Job description

Due to growth within the business, we require committed employees to fill roles in village services. We are ideally looking for people who have mine site experience.

Reporting to the Village Manager, these roles will be offered as permanent, full-time roles on a 2 week on / 1 week off roster ex Perth.

The successful candidates will be focused on delivering exceptional customer service at all times. These positions are working at Strandline Resources, Coburn Mineral Sands Project. This site is located 240km north of Geraldton and east of Shark Bay. The site is currently in construction and set for first production of Heavy Mineral Concentrate in Q4 – CY2022.

About You

Candidates will be required to have demonstrated experience in a FIFO village environment with keen safety awareness. Some roles will involve both day and night shifts. Candidates must have a service delivery focus along with a can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible on-site.

All candidates will be expected to hold the appropriate certification and licenses and the necessary experience to undertake associated roles.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid C-Class Drivers license as a minimum;
• Willingness to undergo a medical, regular Drug and Alcohol Testing, and attend site-specific inductions;
• Food Safety Training;
• Have a recent Police Clearance (within 6 months); and
• A current First Aid Certificate.
