The Digital Transformation Agency is hiring User Researchers for its Digital Sourcing branch to help build a better BuyICT.gov.au and marketplace experience.
The User Researchers will collaborate with other researchers to conduct studies that help understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform product and service design and development.
Key responsibilities include planning and conducting user research studies using appropriate methods, analysing research data, collaborating with stakeholders and helping to create and maintain a user-centred design process.
Understanding of government procurement practices and working in an Agile team is helpful but not essential.
