Job summary

Barton's Capalaba is seeking driven, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team at our new Used car site. You’ll deliver a premium customer experience, conduct engaging test drives, and build lasting relationships with clients while consistently hitting monthly sales targets and enjoying uncapped earning potential.

The role offers ongoing training, coaching, and clear career progression within Queensland’s leading automotive group.

Qualifications

• Preferably proven experience in automotive sales or a strong retail/customer service background with drive to excel in sales.
• Confident, results-driven and highly self-motivated professional.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current manual driver's licence (essential).

• Delivering a premium customer experience from first enquiry to vehicle handover

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
