Advocate Health in Germantown South Clinic seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to support a Urogynecology specialty within Women’s Health. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and adherence to nursing standards.

The nurse will use the nursing process, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Scheduled Mondays and Tuesdays (8:00–4:30) with additional Thursday/Friday coverage monthly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multistate compact and/or state privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; telehealth considerations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols.
• Communicates effectively and delegates appropriately to team members.
• Pursues ongoing professional development and maintains certifications.
• Adheres to ethical standards and age-specific patient care practices.
• May float to other units as needed.
