Job summary

The Royal Hospital for Women, part of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, seeks a dedicated Subspecialist Urogynaecologist for a temporary 8-hour-per-week role. You will provide expert assessment and management in outpatient urogynaecology and pelvic floor services, and lead advanced pelvic reconstructive surgical lists.

Qualifications

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) or equivalent subspecialty recognition.
• Registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) or eligibility for registration.
• Evidence of ongoing medical education and self-monitoring/audit practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical assessment and management in outpatient urogynaecology and urodynamic clinics.
• Perform specialised surgical lists focused on advanced pelvic reconstructive surgery.
• Supervise trainees and allied health teams and participate in MDT meetings.
• Contribute to teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students and staff.
