ForHealth Group is seeking a Gladstone Medical Receptionist for our Kedron urgent care practice to provide high-quality customer service and manage a busy front desk. You will welcome patients, collect details, schedule appointments, answer calls, and support healthcare professionals with general administration.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, professional presentation, and the ability to multi-task within a team and independently.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Gladstone Medical Receptionist to join our Kedron urgent care practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service all patients.This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.

• Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
• Neat and professional presentation.
• You will be required to provide a Working with Children’s check, National Police check if not already obtained and International police check where relevant.
