Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in urgent care, ED, primary care, or paramedicine.
• Previous clinical leadership or management experience is desirable.
• Triage experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the centre is safe and efficient.
• Coordinate equipment, stock, and facilities issues.
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning for all site staff.
• Manage timesheets and coordinate payroll accuracy.
• Support training and ongoing development of the clinical team.
• Optimise patient flow and clinical workflows.
• Ensure compliance with UCC standards and audits.
