Job summary

ForHealth Group seeks an experienced Urgent Care Manager to lead one of its high-performing urgent care clinics in Caringbah, Sydney. The role combines clinical involvement with operations, staff leadership, and a focus on delivering safe, patient-centered care.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate the clinical team, and drive service improvement in a collaborative environment, while ensuring governance and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience in urgent care, ED, remote nursing, or paramedicine.
• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience encouraged.
• Triage experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the urgent care clinic.
• Lead recruitment, rosters, and workforce planning for site staff.
• Coordinate clinical workflows and patient flow.
• Maintain compliance with governance and quality standards.
• Foster relationships with hospitals, PHNs, GPs and partners.
