Transport for NSW, through Sydney Metro, seeks a Manager Precinct and Place to guide place-making, land use and precinct outcomes for metro projects. The role requires extensive urban planning experience and a track record in major infrastructure precinct delivery.

You will work across projects with diverse stakeholders, shape strategies, and influence approvals, ensuring alignment with government priorities and city-shaping objectives. Hybrid work is in place with office presence expected.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in urban planning or equivalent.
• Advanced communication and technical skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading precinct planning and place-making initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Work as part of the Urban Planning and Place team within the Property and Place division.
• Lead urban and precinct planning activities including planning referrals.
• Ensure project outcomes respond to planning legislation and government objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver precinct outcomes.
