Job summary

CRIS is seeking a full-time Civil Infrastructure Team Leader in NSW to lead a team through statutory and strategic planning, drive master planning and precinct planning, and deliver high-quality reports and client outcomes.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, securing private sector approvals, engaging with clients, and managing risks while building strong client relationships across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in NSW statutory and strategic planning.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field.
• Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams.
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator.
• Experience navigating DAs, SSDs, or precinct or development scale is highly regarded!
