Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd is seeking a Supervisor - Civil Urban to oversee civil construction activities in constrained urban settings across South East Queensland. You will manage earthworks, drainage, utilities and ensure traffic, noise and safety controls meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' civil construction experience with 3+ years supervising urban roads, drainage or utilities.
• Demonstrated leadership of direct labour, plant and subcontractors.
• Current construction induction card and relevant high-risk, rail or supervisory competencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavements, kerbs, footpaths, landscaping and reinstatement
• Implement traffic, pedestrian, property-access, noise, dust and working-hours controls
• Coordinate service locates, potholing, protection and utility authority requirements
• Sequence crews, plant and deliveries within restricted work zones and changing traffic stages
• Maintain daily records, quantities, incidents and stakeholder commitments
