Job summary

6Points in Queensland is seeking a Supervisor - Civil Urban to oversee civil construction in constrained urban areas, coordinating traffic, services, neighbours and public access. Qualifications

• 8+ years' civil construction experience with 3+ years supervising urban roads, drainage or utilities.
• Demonstrated leadership of direct labour, plant and subcontractors in active construction environments.
• Current construction induction card and relevant high-risk, rail or supervisory competencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavements, kerbs, footpaths, landscaping and reinstatement.
• Implement traffic, pedestrian, property-access, noise, dust and working-hours controls.
• Coordinate service locates, potholing, protection and utility authority requirements.
• Sequence crews, plant and deliveries within restricted work zones and changing traffic stages.
• Maintain daily records, quantities, incidents and stakeholder commitments.
