About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly flexibleindividual to join our Bethanie Community SouthMetro team as an Unqualified SupportWorker. This role involves supporting areas within thecentral South Metro region, including Anketell, Baldivis,Casuarina, Coogee, Hamilton Hill, Piara Waters, Rockingham, SevilleGrove, Wandi, Wellard, and all surrounding areas. Thispermanent part-time role guarantees 20 hours perweek, and the successful applicant will need to beavailable from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally deliver a variety of services, includingfood, laundry, leisure, supporting hobbies and interests, anddomestic cleaning.
• Ensure all living areas of clients’ homes are keptclean, tidy, and safe from hazards.
• Perform and document all personal care tasksappropriately.
• Provide respect and compassion to clients.
• Support customers with transport to appointments.
• Provide social support to customers, spending time doingthe things they love.

About You:

• Previous experience within an Aged Care or Community Careenvironment is desired. If you haven’t worked in theindustry, tell us about your passion for older people.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of ateam.
• Ability to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients aremaintained.
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current Police Clearance or willingness to apply forone.
