Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is offering a University Student position in the People and Capability, Organisational Development team at Strathpine. The role is part-time (3–5 days per week to fit around your university schedule) for 12 months, paying AU$38.05 per hour plus 12% super.

You will provide administrative and project support, learning from experienced professionals to apply your Organisational Psychology/Development or HR studies.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in university studies related to Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Human Resources.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon-Fri).
• Duration of 12 months (or length of course if shorter).

The Organisational Development team are looking for a student currently enrolled in a degree related to Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Human Resources to join them.

You'll beproviding administrative and project support to the team and our initiative and willingness to have a go will see you gain valuable skills which will complement the theory you're learning at university.

To be eligible to be considered for this opportunity, you'll be:

• Available to work aminimum of 3 days per week(Monday to Friday).
• Currently enrolled in university studies, and expected tocontinue to the mid 2027 or beyond
• Be undertaking studies in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Human Resources or a similar field.
