Booz Allen Hamilton in Melbourne is seeking an Undersea Systems Security Engineer to support cybersecurity and systems security analysis for U.S. Navy afloat and undersea platforms.

You will help design, assess, and implement cybersecurity solutions across the system lifecycle, including integration, testing, operations, and sustainment. The role requires applying modern systems security engineering practices, performing vulnerability assessments, and recommending mission-focused solutions that

Competenze

• 5+ years of maritime or defense systems experience including surface ships, submarines, carriers, USVs, UUVs, ROVs, sUAS, cUAS, or C4I platforms.
• 3+ years supporting Navy acquisition, fleet introduction, in-service engineering, sustainment, or lifecycle readiness for maritime systems.
• Know­ledge of RMF, CNSSI 1253, and secure systems engineering for operational or autonomous systems.
• Understanding of shipboard/networking concepts (LAN/WAN, protocols) and mesh/tactical datalinks.
