Job summary

Westgold Resources is seeking reliable and safety-focused Truck Drivers to support operations across sites in Western Australia. Join a leading Australian gold producer to help maintain production levels with safe driving and teamwork.

The role involves operating underground mining trucks, carting ore to ROM and tipping areas, and adhering to health and safety standards. A current WA C class licence and 12 months underground experience are essential; FIFO/DIDO options available.

Qualifications

• Current WA 'C' Class driver's licence (essential).
• Minimum 12 months experience in underground mining.
• Knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act & Regulations.
• Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment.
• Solid problem-solving skills with adaptability.
• Excellent communication and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to achieve required loads per shift and maintain production.
• Cart ore to ROM, waste dump or underground tipping areas.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to keep machinery clean.
• Maintain awareness of location within the mine with clear radio calls.
• Be organized and undertake tasks under the Shift Supervisor.
• Comply with Company Procedures, Guidelines and Work Methods.
