Redpath is seeking an experienced Operator to join our underground mining operation on a FIFO Perth schedule. This is a permanent full-time role with a focus on delivering shotcrete applications and ground support in a high-performance environment.

The role requires operating Normet Spraymec shotcrete equipment, agitator trucks, batch plants, and related underground mining machinery, with a valid manual driver's licence and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating Normet Spraymec shotcrete equipment in an underground mining environment.
• Proven experience operating agitator trucks, batch plants, and associated underground mining machinery.
• Valid manual driver's licence with a strong commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality shotcrete application and primary ground support in line with site QA standards.
• Operate and maintain the batch plant and associated work areas to a safe and high operational standard.
• Conduct pre-start inspections, maintain equipment cleanliness, and promptly report any defects or issues.
