Qualifications

• S26 Supervisor qualification required.
• Experience supervising underground hard-rock mining.
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and compliance.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• WA C-Class driving licence and underground competencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of underground crews to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate development, production, ground support, and services.
• Implement and monitor safety systems, procedures, and compliance.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, inspections, and incident reporting.
• Liaise with engineers and management to maintain continuity; provide leadership and coaching.
