Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Service Crew member for underground mining operations across Western Australia. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and repairing underground services in mines, contributing to a safe and efficient operation.

Rosters available include 7/7 rotating days and nights or 14/14. Located in the Goldfields region, WA, the role requires teamwork, independence and a strong safety mindset within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience as a Service Crew
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused with working at heights
• Install and maintain mine services and infrastructure
• Good communication and teamwork on site

Responsibilities

• Competent with the installation of underground infrastructure.
• Extend and maintain ventilation, water, and air services.
• Perform inspections, adjustments and troubleshoot.
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects.
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules.
• Contribute to people-first culture and Winning Values.
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support crew culture
