AngloGold Ashanti Australia is seeking a Mine Geologist to join our team in Western Australia. You will support underground development and orebody updates, coordinate with geology and mining teams, and help ensure timely execution of the mine plan with strong QAQC processes.

You should have a geology degree, at least 2 years in mine geology, and be proficient with 3D software (Vulcan, Leapfrog, Deswik). A safety-first mindset and Australian working rights are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in geology and minimum two years in mine geology.
• Underground experience preferred.
• Strong safety focus and clear communication skills.
• Ability to obtain National Police Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with geology and mining teams to ensure timely mine plan execution.
• Oversee underground mapping of development drives.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly production against schedules; review plans.
• QAQC of assay results and drill database management.
• Assist grade control models using conditional simulation techniques.
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with site alliance partners; ensure safety compliance.
