Redpath Mining is seeking an experienced Underground Loader/Bogger Operator for Federation Mine in Australia. The role is full-time with a 2/2 roster and FIFO or DIDO options available, joining a long-established contractor on a major underground project.

You will operate LHD/bogger equipment, perform development bogging, and maintain safety, reporting, and documentation as part of a production-focused team. Competitive rates and career development opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience operating underground LHD/bogger equipment.
• Underground development bogging experience.
• Able to work in a production-driven team environment.
• Valid manual driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground LHD/bogger safely and efficiently.
• Perform development bogging activities to support production targets.
• Conduct pre-start checks and report faults or defects.
• Follow traffic management plans, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas.
• Complete reports, activity sheets, and safety documentation.
• Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses.
• Contribute to safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
