Redpath is seeking experienced Underground Electricians for the Ernest Henry Mine near Cloncurry, QLD. The role offers a 14 days on/14 days off FIFO roster from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns, with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts on a modern underground fleet.

You will perform electrical maintenance, diagnose faults, and support a safety-first, collaborative team as the project moves from early development into steady production.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in underground development or production mining.
• Current Australian Electrical Licence.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic capabilities.
• Current CPR and LVR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current manual driver's licence.
• Ability to pass a pre employment medical and police clearance.
• A proactive approach to safety and teamwork aligned with Redpath's values.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs in accordance with statutory and site requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify equipment faults.
• Conduct planned and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Complete inspections, testing and component replacements.
• Identify and manage workplace hazards and risks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and strong safety performance.
