Job summary

Orica is seeking experienced Underground Charge-Up Operators to join the Perth-based Underground Mining Services team. These FIFO roles operate on an 8/6 roster from Perth, with site accommodation and meals provided while rostered on.

You will support charging, loading, tying and firing blasts and mentor new crew members while delivering safe, high-quality blasting services. Working with Underground Shotfirers and Operators, you will help implement drill and blast plans, lead crew activities,

Qualifications

Must have strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices.
Minimum 12 months experience in an underground charge-up crew.
Ability to work effectively in remote underground mining environments.
Current Australian Shotfirer’s Licence preferred.

Responsibilities
