SCR South Coast Radiology – Deception Bay QLD is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Site Lead to oversee daily clinical and operational ultrasound delivery across Deception Bay and Margate. The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on ultrasound practice.

You will work closely with radiologists and sonographers, ensuring high imaging quality, patient experience, and efficient service delivery. Applicants should have 2+ years post-graduate ultrasound experience and ASAR registration.

Qualifications

• Seasoned sonographer ready for a leadership step.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and education.
• Current ASAR registration and postgraduate ultrasound training are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical oversight across Deception Bay and Margate sites.
• Lead, mentor and train existing sonographers.
• Perform a range of scans (general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics, gynecology).
• Ensure room restocking, cleanliness, and patient finalization.
• Foster collaboration with radiologists and the broader clinic team.
