Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Fixed-term contract Business Analyst to lead a large-scale UKG Pro implementation in Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements. The role focuses on requirements gathering, system configuration, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver healthcare-focused outcomes.

You will develop end-user training and ensure robust documentation and reporting. The position is based in Moorabbin, three days per week.

Qualifications

Experience implementing UKG Pro system.

Responsibilities

Analyse and document business requirements for the UKG Pro system.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
Configure and maintain the UKG Pro system to meet operational needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the system.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders.
