Lanolips is seeking a full-time Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our Moore Park head office. The role supports daily office admin and influencer activities with a focus on the UK market, reporting to the UK Brand Manager & Social Media and PR Communication Manager.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with 1–2 years in a marketing coordinator or similar role, strong organization, communication skills, and familiarity with social media platforms.

As a small but global and rapidly growing skincare business we are looking for a full-time Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator based in our Moore Park Head Office.

Reporting to: UK Brand Manager & Social Media and PR Communication Manager

What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a highly organised Office & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day office administration and assist with influencer marketing activity, with a key focus on the UK market.

• This entry-level role will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting creator outreach, gifting, campaign coordination and reporting. It’s ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow within a fast-paced brand environment
• Familiarity with the UK/EU influencer landscape is advantageous but not essential.

Office & Administration
