Job summary

Michael Page Australia is seeking a senior UX/UI Design Leader to drive the end-to-end design of digital solutions. You will lead the UX/UI process, advocate for design within an engineering-focused culture, and mentor the design team.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in UX/UI design, 3+ years in management, strong advocacy, portfolio showcasing user-centered outcomes, and experience with Figma, Atlassian, Adobe and the Microsoft stack.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have:

• Experience across FIGMA, Atlassian, Adobe and Microsoft tech stack
• Excellent cross-collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
