Job summary

GOW Recruitment partners with a well-established Financial Services Organisation to recruit a Career Associate / Advisor Assistant on a 24-month fixed-term contract with the view to go permanent. The role supports 3 Senior UHNW advisors on a busy desk, involving administration, onboarding, transitions and client service activities.

The successful candidate will navigate KYC/AML rules, compliance and risk with a high performing team, and may explore long-term career growth in wealth operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in wealth management client service / operations.
• Thorough understanding of KYC and AML rules, compliance and risk.
• RG 146 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support 3 Senior UHNW advisors on a mature and busy desk.
• Involvement in administration, onboarding, transitions, and client service duties.
• Engage in corporate deals, client meetings, and operational functions.
