Springwood Tyre Service – Valley Heights NSW is seeking Tyre Fitters and Wheel Aligners to join our workshop in Valley Heights, with multiple full-time and casual positions available. We are looking for someone who can share in our vision of the community safety on the road and the success of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment experience.
• Full-time or casual employment options available.

• Experience with vehicle servicing or general mechanical work is desirable but not essential.
• Stock-control or workshop-inventory experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clear, honest advice and customer service.
• Inspect tyres for damage, wear and defects and recommend appropriate options.
• Carry out puncture repairs and other routine tyre-maintenance services.
• Diagnose steering-wheel alignment, wheel-balance and abnormal tyre-wear.
• Operate tyre-fitting, balancing and alignment equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform accurate wheel alignments and adjust toe, camber and caster.
• Keep the workshop clean, organised and safe.

• Proven tyre fitting, balancing and wheel alignment experience.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
• Experience with vehicle servicing or general mechanical work (desirable but not essential).
• Stock-control or workshop-inventory experience (desirable but not essential).
• A recognised tyre fitting or automotive qualification (desirable but not essential).
