Job summary

Labourforce at the Coles Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek is seeking reliable Twin Tyne Forklift Operators and Despatch Loading Operators to join our team. The roles involve safe operation of twin tyne forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring precise stock movement within a modern, high‑tech distribution facility for one of Australia’s largest retailers.

Applicants should have 2 years’ twin tyne experience or 1–2 years despatch loading, a current Australian forklift

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating twin tyne forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• 1–2 years' despatch loading experience, including loading/unloading trucks.
• Current and valid Australian forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate twin tyne forklifts to move stock and replenish inventory.
• Load and unload trucks and transport pallets within the distribution centre.
• Perform despatch loading duties and ensure accurate and secure dispatch.
• Meet daily operational targets while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Complete pre-start safety checks and report equipment issues.
