Job summary

Capital Radiology is seeking an experienced Tutor Radiographer to join our Metro Melbourne South region. The role focuses on maintaining a high-quality imaging service and coordinating student and intern recruitment and training across multiple sites.

You will lead a team in general radiography, supervise interns, ensure safe imaging techniques, and drive service improvements while travelling to Clayton, Springvale, Dandenong, Cranbourne, Berwick, Pakenham and Frankston as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medical Imaging and AHPRA registered.
• Proven leadership and tutoring experience.
• Ability to coordinate student intern recruitment and training.
• Commitment to high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality, efficient imaging service in general radiography.
• Coordinate, supervise and educate interns, students and work experience students.
• Assist day-to-day management of general radiography.
• Ensure correct and safe imaging techniques adhered to.
• Identify and implement general radiography service provision improvements.
