Integral Diagnostics (IDX) invites applications for a Tutor Radiographer in the Metro Melbourne South region. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality imaging in general radiography while coordinating the student and intern recruitment and training program across multiple sites.

You will lead and educate interns and students, ensuring safe imaging practices, and contribute to regional service improvements within a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medical Imaging and AHPRA registered.
• Demonstrated leadership, tutoring and coordinating student intern recruitment and training program.
• Strong technical skills and commitment to high-quality imaging.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to participate in further education and CPD programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service in general radiography.
• Providing assistance in day-to-day management of general radiography.
• Ensuring correct and safe imaging techniques are adhered to.
• Identifying and implementing general radiography service provision improvements.
• Coordinating, supervising and providing education to interns, students and work experience students.
• Coordinating, supervising and providing education for the region.
• Other duties as directed by Site Supervisor or Regional Manager, from time to time.

Lake Imaging / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Imaging @ Olympic Park / Direct Radiology

Due to an internal promotion, Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Tutor Radiographer to join our Metro Melbourne South region.

The Tutor Radiographer is responsible for maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service, in the general radiography department, as well as coordinating the student and intern recruitment and training program.

This is a full-time position with flexibility to travel to our other sites within the region including Clayton, Springvale, Dandenong, Cranbourne, Berwick, Pakenham and Frankston.
