Qualifications

• Degree in commerce or law (or equivalent) is required.
• ARITA qualification is desirable.
• Experience in restructuring/advisory work with creditors or distressed companies is preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent communication and client service mindset.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignment planning with engagement Partner, scope, conflicts, budgeting, and staff planning.
• Manage formal insolvency matters (administrations, liquidations, receiverships) with autonomy under appointees.
• Deliver detailed financial/commercial analyses and communicate findings to management/stakeholders.
• Draft presentations for stakeholders and assist with delivery.
• Share technical knowledge and contribute to team training.
• Lead BD activities and develop internal/external client relationships.
