EY-Parthenon, part of EY, invites experienced professionals to join a hybrid role in Sydney as a Manager/Senior Manager. You will lead client engagement teams across strategic integrations and carve-outs, leveraging EY's broad services and AI-enabled insights to drive value in complex transactions.

You will shape delivery, manage project execution, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while reporting to Directors and Partners. This is a hybrid role in Warrang–Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Services, Management Consulting, M&A or related corporate experience
• Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
• Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Identifying key client risks and issues, and mitigating these ahead of time
• Work across all functions of the business and during the implementation phase, touch areas of the whole organisation.
• Reporting directly to Directors and Partners

Strategy and Transaction Execution is a market leading team within the EY-Parthenon division that helps clients define and achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions, divestments and strategic transformations.

We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction from deal inception, execution and through to longer-term transformation. Our services include operational due diligence, operating model design, synergy assessments, integration and separation strategy, planning & implementation. In addition, we identify value creation opportunities driven by transactions and AI, reviewing our client’s strategy and operating model changes to optimise their cost structures.
