Job summary

Greville Consulting is seeking a Tunnelling / Site Engineer to join a major infrastructure project in Adelaide. This is an hands-on role delivering day-to-day engineering support to construction teams and ensuring safe, efficient delivery on site.

You will be involved across site engineering activities, QA, temporary works, procurement and reporting, with tunnelling exposure highly regarded but not essential. Willingness to relocate to South Australia is encouraged for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 3+ years site engineering experience.
• Experience on major infrastructure or heavy civil projects; tunnelling exposure is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Adelaide for the right opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to construction teams.

Greville Consulting is currently seeking Tunnelling / Site Engineers to join a major infrastructure project in Adelaide.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to take the next step in their career, working alongside an experienced project team and supporting the delivery of a major infrastructure project.

The role would suit engineers with experience across major infrastructure, heavy civil construction, underground works or complex construction projects. Experience in tunnelling or around TBM operations will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

As a Tunnelling / Site Engineer, you will provide day-to-day engineering support to construction teams and contribute to the safe, efficient and successful delivery of project works. You will be involved across a broad range of site engineering activities, including construction coordination, troubleshooting, temporary works, procurement, QA, reporting and technical support. This is a hands-on opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being close to construction, solving problems and working as part of a strong project team. Greville is open to experienced engineers from interstate who are interested in relocating to South Australia for the right opportunity. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to construction and site teams

Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Civil, Mining, Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline
• Ideally 3+ years site engineering experience
• Experience working on major infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects
• Experience across underground works, tunnelling or TBM projects highly regarded
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site delivery
• Comfortable working in a hands-on site environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers and construction teams
• Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts on a 7/3/7/3 roster, including both day and night shifts
