Job summary

Greville Consulting is seeking a Shift / Site Engineer to support a major infrastructure project in Adelaide. This is an experienced role working alongside a project team to deliver on-site engineering support for safe, efficient project delivery.

The candidate should have civil/site engineering experience on large infrastructure or heavy civil projects, with exposure to underground works, tunnelling or TBM projects highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil, Mining, Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline.
• Ideally 3+ years site engineering experience.
• Experience on major infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects.
• Experience in underground works, tunnelling or TBM projects highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to construction and site teams.
• Coordinate with supervisors and crews to support project delivery.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving construction issues.
• Support temporary works and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate procurement, materials and site requirements.
• Complete QA documentation, inspections and engineering records.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Review drawings, plans and technical information.
• Monitor construction activities against project requirements.
• Support safe, efficient and productive site operations.
