Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in civil construction, infrastructure, mining, tunnelling, or related environment.
• Strong interest in construction methodology, plant and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of plant and equipment logistics across the project site.
• Coordinate plant movements, access requirements, laydown areas, and work fronts.
• Maintain plant schedules, registers, and utilisation records.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, and plant operators to ensure equipment is available where and when required.
• Assist with daily and weekly construction planning and logistics coordination.
• Identify potential plant clashes, access constraints and logistical issues and assist in developing practical solutions.
• Support the implementation of safe and efficient traffic and plant movement plans.
• Assist with construction methodology, temporary works, and site logistics planning.
• Monitor plant productivity and provide information to support project reporting and planning.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, schedules, reports, and registers.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to coordinate plant requirements.
• Participate in site inspections, coordination meetings, and project planning activities.
