Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne area is seeking reliable manual pickers for a brand-new Truganina warehouse. You will perform manual stock picking using tugger equipment and RF scanners, with a Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift, and a pay rate of AUD 34–35 per hour.

This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced environment, with ongoing work and opportunities for long-term employment within a leading retail and consumer brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with tugger operation is a MUST.
• RF scanning experience.
• Picking and packing experience.
• Inventory and cycle counting is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Order picking using tugger equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
• Following all warehouse safety procedures.
• Keeping work areas clean and organised.
• Manual stock picking on tugger RF scanners.
