Job summary

Allens Corporate Services seeks a Trust Specialist to securely manage the transfer of funds into and out of the firm’s Trust Account, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. You’ll support working capital through timely billings, receipting and collections, driving monthly KPI performance in a collaborative team.

The role is a full-time fixed-term contract for 18 months with hybrid working (60% in the office). We encourage flexible arrangements and discuss what works best for you in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience managing trust accounts in a legal or professional services firm.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate transfer of funds into and out of the firm’s Trust Account to mitigate risk.
• Support management of working capital by ensuring billings, collections and receipting meet monthly KPIs.
• Process timely and accurate transactions and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and controls across Trust funds.
