The role sits in a busy team, handling trust accounting tasks, client communications, and admin across immigration law and recruitment. You'll be the heartbeat of the team, ensuring accurate trust reconciliations, client invoicing, and smooth day-to-day operations, with hybrid working and a

Qualifications

• Experience as administrator, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong numeracy skills for financial data, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal English and professional communication.
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Xero preferred; MYOB acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Manage the firm's trust account and assist with reconciliations.
• Prepare trust account receipts, statements, and transaction records.
• Generate and send client fee agreements with accuracy.
• Create and manage client invoices and support credit control.
• Provide client and administrative support to the immigration law practice.
