Job summary

Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. is seeking a Treatment Room Team Leader in Point Cook. You will oversee the treatment room, perform clinical duties and support the Practice Manager with rostering and staff management.

Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with experience in general practice or acute settings and strong communication skills. You will lead a small team, engage with patients, and ensure SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or acute settings.
• Leadership of a team and rostering/recruitment experience is valued.
• Strong communication skills with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the treatment room team and support health care professionals.
• Conduct clinical duties including health assessments, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound care, sterility of equipment.
• Assist Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and staff performance management.
• Ensure SOPs are known and followed and liaise with staff and PM.
• Triaging patients and assisting HCPs in procedures.
