Job summary

UGL is seeking a Treasury Accountant to manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, banking administration and treasury accounting. You will work with Finance and operations to ensure accurate processing, reporting and liquidity management across the business.

The role covers hedge management, bank guarantees, month-end processes and strong controls. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years in treasury or finance are required, with exposure to infrastructure projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in treasury, accounting or finance.
• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or project-based environments preferred.
• Exposure to cash forecasting, banking and financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity.
• Maintain bank accounts, signatories and banking platforms.
• Process treasury payments within delegated authorities.
• Prepare treasury journals, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
• Support hedge management, confirmations and registrations.
• Manage bank guarantees and subcontractor bonds.
• Ensure adherence to treasury policies and strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and operations to improve treasury processes.
