  • Full-time permanent role based in Fremantle, WA
  • Lead treasury and AR operations, reporting to CFO
  • $110K$130K + super | Monday to Friday | Flexible hours

About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant / AR Team Lead for a full-time position based in Fremantle, WA. This role will oversee day-to-day treasury and cash management functions while leading the accounts receivable team. Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, strong cash control, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily cash monitoring, forecasting and reporting to management
  • Lead and mentor the AR team; ensure timely invoicing and collections
  • Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and ledger closures
  • Manage AR performance metrics including debtor days, dispute resolution, and bad debt write-offs
  • Drive system and process improvements in AR and treasury functions
  • Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Foster internal and external stakeholder satisfaction and clear communication

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree qualified with 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong skills in treasury management, forecasting, and cashflow reporting
  • Proven leadership experience with small finance teams
  • High accuracy in financial data, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of AR best practices and credit control
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives
