Qualifications

• Genuine passion for providing high quality care to older Australians in the community.
• Good communication skills and reliability as a team player.
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support is highly regarded but not essential.
• Australian driver’s license and access to a registered motor vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day in-home tasks: cleaning, tidying, washing.
• Transport to appointments and shopping.
• Meal preparation.
• Provide social support or respite for family/carers.
• Assist with personal care (showering and dressing) if qualified.
