Catholic Healthcare Limited is hiring a Community Worker to visit clients in the City of Sydney and surrounds, providing in-home support and companionship. You’ll travel to clients’ homes, assist with daily tasks, transport to appointments, and help with meal preparation as part of a person-centred care model.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with day-to-day in-home tasks.
