Job summary

TLK Care is hiring early-career psychologists (provisional welcome) to deliver personalised therapies and assessments for NDIS participants across Sydney, in a mobile and clinic-based model. Join a supportive team and contribute to meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• General or provisional AHPRA registration as a psychologist.
• Relevant tertiary education in psychology.
• Compassionate approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver's license and willingness to travel.
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children checks, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based psychological therapy and assessments.
• Support NDIS participants in achieving meaningful goals.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and allied health professionals.
• Manage a varied caseload and maintain quality clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
